Message	Uniform Commercial Code. Its a set of laws that are almost entirely common between all 50 states, that deal with sales of goods, banking, freight, etc. Legaly you can keep the $200. But, you should give deposit back if you sell the car for the anticipated $6,000. If you get $5,800 or less you are fully entitled to it. Personally I would just give it back...why piss the guy off... you'll sell the car. Summer vs. Winter Parking
